2021 Domaine Thomson Bourgogne Blanc, St-Aubin, Burgundy

Light gold. The nose is fresh with nectarine, spiced nuts and citrus aromas; with time in the glass, hints of butter and cinnamon emerge alongside stone fruit. The palate is fresh and moderately concentrated with citrus, stone fruit and a persistent mineral thread. The texture is creamy with gravelly phenolics and a chalky, dry finish with well-integrated acidity.
