Pale straw with a fine, persistent bead. The nose shows pear, citrus and roasted almond with baked bread and brioche from time on lees. The palate is tense and sculpted, with pear, lemon and a touch of strawberry carried by crisp, mouth-watering acidity. The finish is long, dry and refreshing.
