2022 Domaine Cornu Bourgogne Hautes-Côtes de Beaune Blanc, Burgundy, France

Pale gold with green tints. The nose is expressive with struck flint, citrus zest and green apple aromas, with a subtle underlying minerality. The palate is fresh and precise, showing flavours of lemon, pear and ginger with a clean mineral thread and light oak-derived spice. The finish is lively and persistent with well-integrated acidity.
