Pale gold with bright green highlights. The nose is expressive and complex — white blossom and acacia with yellow stone fruit, light praline, toasted hazelnut and a gentle note of fresh honey. A subtle, well-integrated toast from barrel ageing adds depth without dominating. The 2023 vintage brings good aromatic freshness throughout. The palate is broad and fleshy, opening quickly with ripe fruit. Supple in texture, with good weight and body, yet never heavy. A clear thread of acidity provides structure and lift on the mid-palate. The finish is saline and persistent, with a mineral edge on the close. Drink 2025–2030.
