Tasting Notes  -  ABV: 13.5%

Deep golden yellow with hints of amber. Aromas of ripe citrus, white peach and acacia blossom, layered with brioche, hazelnut and a refined mineral undercurrent. The palate is full and concentrated with orange pith, nectarine and toasted almond, supported by bright acidity. The finish is long and mineral-driven with a saline, stony persistence that reflects the limestone bedrock of the Perrières climat.
