2023 La Chablisienne Petit Chablis ‘Pas Si Petit’, Burgundy, France

Pale gold, limpid and brilliant. The nose is initially expressive with smoky, flinty notes; with oxygenation it opens to fresh citrus and lemon zest. The palate is energetic and fruity with lemon and white-flesh fruit characters, light and precise with pronounced minerality and elegant bitterness. The finish is saline and persistent.
