Pale straw with a watery rim. Aromas of lime, lemon and green apple with wet slate, fresh herb and saline mineral notes. The palate is crisp and focused with zippy citrus and green apple fruit, underscored by flinty mineral and chalky characters. Clean, bracing acidity with a fresh, saline mineral finish of medium length.
