Pale straw with faint green highlights. The nose is expressive and precise: lime zest, white peach, cantaloupe, and melon underpinned by a sharp, sparkling minerality. On the palate, clementine, green apple, and stone fruit are framed by racy acidity and a firm, saline mineral spine. The texture is lively and nervy with a fleshy mid-palate. The finish is long and crisp, resolving with crystalline minerality and clean citrus.
