2024 Podere Guardia Grande Vermentino di Sardegna, Sardegna, Italy

Pale straw yellow with green reflections. Aromas of green apple, lemon zest, pineapple and lychee, with chamomile and a pronounced mineral edge of sea breeze and saline-hydrocarbon notes. The palate is dry and slightly tart, with bright harmonious acidity and a persistent saline, mineral character. Clean fruit on the medium-long finish.
