Deep straw with a pale golden hue. The nose is expressive — lime cordial, lime zest, citrus and apple with spring florals, bath salts and a gingery spice edge. Hints of lemon curd and orange rind add depth. The palate is textural and juicy with bright, lively acidity that carries the citrus fruit cleanly through to a lemon pastille finish of medium length. Drink now or cellar to 2033–2035.
