The nose is of great intensity, showing fruit aromas of apple and citrus, underscored by notes of bread crust and hazelnut derived from extended lees ageing. The palate is fresh and refined, with an inviting structure and velvety softness from the bubbles. The finish is long with sustained citrus and mineral notes.
