NV Mainegra Brut Cava, Spain

Pale yellow with a fine, persistent bead. The nose shows green apple, preserved lemon and ripe pear with delicate white floral notes and a hint of brioche from extended lees ageing. The palate is crisp and lively, with green apple and citrus flavours underpinned by a fine mineral character. The finish is clean, zesty and persistent.
