Pink salmon in colour. The nose is aromatic and complex: strawberry, red blossom, pink apple, cranberry and white cherry with mineral notes of pink salt and cool stone. The palate is textural and weighty with dry, focused effervescence; concentrated red fruit with spice and saline mineral length. Rated 96 points by Stuart Knox (The Real Review) and 93 points by Erin Larkin (Wine Advocate); ranked #1 of 25 2022 Australian Sparkling Rosés. Disgorged September 2024; dosage 6 g/L.
